You can handle your customer accounts, prepare bills and charge for items with a powerful POS system. It has various reports to give you latest sales records, statistics, bandwidth usage, log and many other detailed reports.
Security and Control: You can manage all computers running in your cafe from the cafe server. You can setup and change security options, internet explorer settings, pricing, skins and themes, banner page from the server. You can restrict access to Ctrl+Alt+Del keys, control panel and hard disk drives. Along with this, you can perform various operations on client computer such as lock, unlock, reboot, shutdown etc.
Pricing and Discounts: Antamedia Internet Cafe has various pricing settings for Internet, Office and Games usage. With basic pricing you get the option to set the minimum and start price. Block pricing allows you to add cost at specific intervals. For example you can add $5 after 20 minutes. Block pricing is very much similar to discount pricing where you add cost at incremental intervals such as $1 for 10 minutes, $0.5 next 20 minutes. You can also set seperate price for each day with Scheduled Pricing.
Reports and Logs: You can get detailed reports of your earnings and charged items from POS system. You can specify period, service type and computer name before report generation. Statistical HTML reports can be sent to your E-mail at specified time of the day. Employee can also send it manually from within the software. All activities on server and client are logged automatically such as server start time, login attempts, employee actions etc.
